Dörfen is a premium aluminium doors and windows brand, delivering high-quality, design-focused solutions for modern architecture. We are looking for a motivated and field-driven Business Development Officer to support our growth across the North and South Kerala region.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 30 years and above
- Qualification: Degree / MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Sales / Business Development
Industry Requirement
- Experience in:
- Building Materials industry, or
- Aluminium System Doors & Windows industry (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and clients
- Generate leads and support the sales conversion process
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction
- Maintain regular follow-ups and contribute to achieving sales targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Good understanding of local market and customer segments
