Business Development Manager – Kochi/Calicut

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and expand market presence across the North and South Kerala region. The ideal candidate will have strong industry expertise, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 30 years and above
  • Qualification: Degree / MBA in Marketing (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Business Development / Sales

Industry Requirement

  • Mandatory experience in:
    • Building Materials industry, or
    • Aluminium System Doors & Windows industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales growth in the assigned region
  • Identify and onboard new clients, projects, and channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and key stakeholders
  • Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Self-driven with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Good understanding of regional market dynamics
