Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in project execution/management
Industry Requirement
- Experience in:
- Construction industry, or
- Aluminium doors and windows industry
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end project activities
- Lead and coordinate site teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per specifications
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Identify risks and implement effective solutions proactively
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
