Business Development Officer – Dörfen (Kochi/Calicut)

Dörfen is a premium aluminium doors and windows brand, delivering high-quality, design-focused solutions for modern architecture. We are looking for a motivated and field-driven Business Development Officer to support our growth across the North and South Kerala region.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 30 years and above
  • Qualification: Degree / MBA in Marketing (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Sales / Business Development

Industry Requirement

  • Experience in:
    • Building Materials industry, or
    • Aluminium System Doors & Windows industry (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region
  • Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and clients
  • Generate leads and support the sales conversion process
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and contribute to achieving sales targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and target-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Good understanding of local market and customer segments
