We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and expand market presence across the North and South Kerala region. The ideal candidate will have strong industry expertise, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 30 years and above
- Qualification: Degree / MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Business Development / Sales
Industry Requirement
- Mandatory experience in:
- Building Materials industry, or
- Aluminium System Doors & Windows industry
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth in the assigned region
- Identify and onboard new clients, projects, and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and key stakeholders
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
